Rick Martino

Rick has over 40 years of experience in the Human Resources and consulting fields, most recently as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Bose Corporation for over eight years. Rick spent the majority of his career with IBM in progressive HR roles, including the firm’s first Chief Talent Officer. Rick also served as the CHRO of March of Dimes and BearingPoint.

Sean Huurman

Former CHRO of multiple firms

Sean most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Service King Collision, a Blackstone portfolio company. Before his time at Service King, he worked at two Private Equity backed firms: Imagine Communications and GENBAND. Prior to his Private Equity experience, Sean spent 13 years with KPMG/BearingPoint leading several HR functions before serving as the firm’s head of Human Resources.
